Landscape Sales Professional to join our growing team and help us bring that vision to more clients
across Shelby, Charlotte, and Lake Norman and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
This is a full-time sales role responsible for building relationships and driving revenue across landscape
maintenance, enhancement services, and both large and small-scale installation projects. The ideal
candidate will be a confident communicator, a skilled listener, and someone who understands how to
guide high-end clients through a seamless landscape sales process—from initial consultation to signed
contract.
Key Responsibilities:
 Prospect, qualify, and close new business in maintenance, enhancements, and installation
services
 Conduct site visits, assess property needs, and provide creative, solution-based
recommendations
 Prepare and present professional proposals for recurring maintenance contracts, seasonal
services, and design/build projects
 Serve as a trusted advisor for your clients, maintaining ongoing communication and identifying
new opportunities
 Coordinate with internal design, operations, and production teams to ensure exceptional client
care from sale to completion
 Maintain an active sales pipeline and track performance using CRM and estimating tools
 Represent Paradise Landscaping at industry events, community functions, and client meetings
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
 Have 3+ years of experience in landscape sales, account management, or project estimating
 Understand the full spectrum of landscaping services—from turf care and seasonal pruning to
paver patios and full-property renovations
 Are comfortable selling to both residential and commercial clients
 Thrive on developing client relationships and delivering value

 Are self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
 Communicate clearly and professionally in person and in writing
 Can read landscape plans and are familiar with landscape materials and installation best
practices

What We Offer:
 Base salary of $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience
 Uncapped commission plan across all service lines
