In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to top-tier service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members—both in-person and over the phone.
- Provide friendly and professional communication, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including coordinating client meetings and team schedules.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
- Ensuring the reception and conference areas are ready to receive clients at all times.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with client follow-ups, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
