Paradise Landscaping, a premier landscape management and installation company, is seeking a First Impression & Customer Care Specialist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to top-tier service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members—both in-person and over the phone.
  • Provide friendly and professional communication, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including coordinating client meetings and team schedules.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Ensuring the reception and conference areas are ready to receive clients at all times.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist with client follow-ups, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
What We’re Looking For

  • A warm, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
